Enable silent build rules by default. Enable silent build rules (same as in Linux kernel) by default if using recent enough automake (1.11 or later). You can disable that by either passing --disable-silent-rules to configure or running make with V=1. Signed-off-by: Kir Kolyshkin <kir@openvz.org>
