etc/dists/scripts/*ip.sh: add IP mask support Commit f018af5f added support for netmasks. This commit tries to modify all the *-add_ip.sh and *-del_ip.sh scripts to understand the netmasks. There are definitely bugs in this code, as well as some previous bugs in the modified scripts.
