vps-download --list: cache the listing for 1 minute Since this functionality is used from bash-completion, which is very interactive, delays after pressing Tab are irritating. Cache the listing for 1 minute to avoid delay issue. Signed-off-by: Kir Kolyshkin <kir@openvz.org>
