man/vzctl.8: assorted fixes
1. "flags" in SYNOPSYS should be in italic.
2. "script" argument in runscript should be in italic, no need for <>.
3. In "--disabled" option description "-force" should be "--force".
4. Sub-sub-headings like "Interface configuration" should not be ended with dot.
5. Added an empty line after sub-sub-section headings.
6. Removed ".TP" before multi-line paragraphs.
7. Fixed wording in "--features" description.
8. Fixed indentation in "chkpnt" and "restore" descriptions.
9. Added "--force" option to "start" command description.
