vps-download: accept relative template cache paths Current vzctl assumes a template name to be a file name, not a relative path like contrib/altlinux-p6-20120321-i586; while TEMPLATE_REPOS can be used to tackle this, looks like vzctl being able to handle dir/file might be more useful for maintaining structured template cache collections (provided that dist.c is able to recognize these by file then by dir).
