journal: uppercase first character in verify error messages In the english language the first character of a sentence is supposed to be uppercase. Let's make sure this also applies to the journal verification error messages. (cherry picked from commit e80acc51aeaf2d74cb4d6cecbcb6e18f74c22c05)
