    *) Feature: the "off" parameter of the "if_modified_since" directive.

    *) Feature: now nginx sends an HELO/EHLO command after a XCLIENT
       command.

       in mail proxy server.

    *) Bugfix: in a redirect rewrite directive original arguments were
