* make it possible for ipftest to set 'mbuf' flags so that it can simulate multicast (and broadcast) packets being received * fix some compile problems for freebsd 7 * multicast stateful filtering fixes * address the memory leak with destroying nat entries when the packet is later blocked (rdr's) * count active NAT sessions per protocol * apply some bandages to the iterating ioctls
