Merge branch 'master' of https://github.com/MylesIsCool/ViaVersion into 1.10

This is an experimental branch for 1.10, we do not recommend you to use this on a production server
Allows the connection of 1.9 clients to 1.8
This plugin modifies netty to allow connection of 1.9 clients to 1.8,
