Remap 421 (Nametag) to 1 (Stone)

Fixes 1.5.2 crash when viewing a nametag, but I didn't test.

Support 1.7., 1.6., 1.5.2 on spigot 1.8.3

Known issues:

  • [1.5.2, 1.6] Stats are not sent - won't be fixed, no point in it anyway
  • [1.5.2] Can‘t control vehicle - won’t be fixed, probably impossible to do this properly
