Support 1.8, 1.7, 1.6, 1.5, 1.4.7 on spigot 1.9

Known issues:

  • [1.8] 1.8 packets are not supported (spectating, worldborder and such)
  • [1.8 and earlier] No sound - working on it
  • [1.6 and earlier] Stats are not sent - won't be fixed
  • [1.5 and earlier] Can‘t control vehicle - won’t be fixed, probably impossible to do this properly
