Change pipeline layout a bit. Now we have all default elements all the
time and just change how they bhave at runtime. Should make it more
compatible.

ProtocolSupport

Support 1.7., 1.6., 1.5.2 on spigot 1.8.3

Known issues:

  • [1.5.2, 1.6] Stats are not sent - won't be fixed, no point in it anyway
  • [1.5.2] Can‘t control vehicle - won’t be fixed, probably impossible to do this properly
