Support 1.9, 1.8, 1.7, 1.6, 1.5, 1.4.7 on spigot 1.9.4
Not complete yet, use with caution.
Wontfix issues:
- [1.6 and earlier] Stats are not sent
- [1.5 and earlier] Can't control vehicle
