Support 1.7., 1.6., 1.5.2 on spigot 1.8

Known issues:

  • [1.5.2, 1.6, 1.7] Maps are not supported
  • [1.5.2, 1.6] Stats are not sent
  • [1.5.2] Rubberbanding while on vehicle
