Be less strict on checkstyle

Don't enforce line length with an error, as it is tedious and unproductive. Contributors are meant to make their best effort and use their judgement about line length.

Then get rid of some errors for minor nitpicks that don't contribute much to iteration on an early stage project like Glowstone, like Javadocs enforcement and hard to follow rules, for the sake of productivity.
