Modified ptrace operation with -P so that kme now catches and re-throws traced process exceptions. Fixed ncurses operation so arrow keys work again, and made OLDCURSE default only when ncurses.h is not available. Fixed some field width problems, and made gcc -Wall quiet. Added field types h (double display) and w (wide float display).
